PACK HORSE CAMP
David is looking forward to hitting the trail with his horses and a small group of students who want to take this adventure with him. Any students wanting to take their horse on the open trail. This is not just an experience of open fires and sleeping under the stars with their horse but an adventure. Come and share 5days in the saddle and develop your horsemanship on the trail, as David shares his experiences as how to travel with pack horses and take care of horses on the trail. This camp is fully catered and accommodation is provided (you will need your own swag) you will be provided with a tent that will be put up and taken down and all meals will be cooked for you over an open fire, experience the drovers life without the house keeping. Portable toilet and showers will be provided for your comfort. You will be able to wake up to a hot breakfast and enjoy a chat around an open fire, then saddle up. David will take the morning to develop your horsemanship and play through some online and freestyle exercises, before hitting the trail for an afternoon of riding through the countryside. Where you will roll into a prepared camp before sunset to a hot meal and an awaiting bed. Your horses hay (Rhodes Grass & Lucerne) will be provided. This camp has the experience without the hardship, and all the enjoyment of hitting the trail for 5 days and 4 nights. First and last night will be spent at Coolibah. This camp is limited to 4 Students only. This Course is a Level 2/3 Online & Freestyle riding.
